Chalet Elbrus is an extraordinary, ultra luxurious accommodation, encompassing spa chalet and entertainment complex in a very generous 550m2 of space. Come with me as I show you around. Ideally positioned on the top floor of the chalet, is Chalet Elbrus's private spa and wellness area. A heated large indoor hot tub and hammam provide the ultimate in-chalet private spa experience. Overlooking the 7 Heaven's auditorium is the TV and playroom.

Along with the other entertaining areas, Chalet Elbrus is fully wired with the latest audio and visual entertainment systems. On this floor there are superb views of the iconic Matterhorn and the surrounding mountains from the spacious balcony. Spending time here with a glass of red is always inspiring.

On the 2nd floor you’ll find the master bedroom with dressing room, en-suite bathroom and balcony. In addition a twin/double master bedroom with en-suite shower room and balcony, TV and playroom. Down on the first floor are the remaining bedrooms. On the ground floor is the Ski room with heated boot warmers, Laundry, Professional kitchen, Communal entrance lounge and bar.

Do you love food? I don't know many people that don't - there is something wonderfully comforting and indulgent about having somebody else take control of the kitchen. But when that person is a talented chef with hands-on experience of high end restaurants, you know you’re in for a mouth-watering treat. We hand-pick our chalet partners for their beautiful properties, stand out service and their dedication to gastronomy. Here’s a taste of what you can expect when staying in one of our catered ski chalets:

A perfect start to the day

No need to rush out of bed - breakfast is laid on. A healthy array of fresh fruit juices, a selection of warming teas and coffee - yoghurts, crispy cereals, juicy fruit and a mouth-watering display of delicious fresh breads & delicate pastries. Your chef will also prepare a daily cooked hot option for you - how do you like your eggs? So much choice that you might miss the first ski lift if you're not careful.

High tea temptations

Come back after a wonderful day on the mountain to the warmth and comfort of your chalet. Snuggle up on the comfy sofa in front of a crackling fire, with a steaming cup of tea and a generous serving of cake – this is how all afternoons should be. Your chef will prepare a fresh from the oven, sweet treat for your return, so whether your preference is for a hearty sticky Apple and Ginger cake or a delicate Mille-feuille aux framboise is more your thing, there will be something tempting waiting for you. Personally I don’t think you can beat a slice of crispy baguette with lashings of butter and dollops of apricot jam or nutella - but maybe that ‘s just me - the perfect comfort food.

When staying in a catered chalet every night feels like a special occasion, and why shouldn't it, you're on an amazing holiday and it's so good to be alive. You’re dressed and ready for a glass of something chilled with friends and family, ready to regale them with tales of your mountain adventures that may get a little exaggerated for dramatic effect with each rendition. Enjoy the delicious canapés and amuse-bouche freshly prepared by your star in the kitchen.

Serving up a sensuous feast

Take a seat at your own private table - it's time for the main event – a delicious feast, masterfully crafted by your talented chef. With an emphasis on using hand-selected, fresh, local and seasonal ingredients you will be served a melt in your mouth three course dinner that wouldn't look out of place in a Michelin starred restaurant. Dinner is complimented by a tangy platter of divine local cheeses. Menus can be tailored to suit your tastes and your chef will be happy to prepare everything from a simple supper to fine dining delights.

Children & dietary requirements

The chalet is happy to cater for specific dietary requirements, and will serve an earlier high tea for children. You can talk to your SkiBoutique PA about any specific requests from dietary requirements such as gluten free diets to birthday cakes and favourite dishes. We will do our very best to ensure that your wishes are granted and delivered in resort.
