You’re in for a treat, even from the entrance - you know the whole place is going to be special! Nestled into the lowest level of each, there’s a private spa to ease those aching muscles after a long day on the slopes.

Located directly opposite the ski slopes in Tignes 1800 Les Boisses, these ski in / ski out chalets are ideal for those who want fast and easy access to the resort and who enjoy the thrill of making those very first tracks on the fresh snow! But when you’re not skiing, the chalets are a real treat for the whole family.

Chalet Monts & Merveilles is unlike any other, due to the fact that despite its 12 bedrooms, it still feels wonderfully cosy and comfortable. It’s warm and snug, with amazing attention paid to colour and detail to really make this adorable chalet feel like an extra-special home from home.

You arrive at the chalet and race to inspect the Hammam and sauna on the ground floor, before hurriedly heading upstairs to select one of the ten main, double en-suite bedrooms. It’s a tricky choice to make, as they are all beautifully furnished with cloud-like beds and generous mounds of pillows and cushions to sink into whenever you please. Even before it’s time to settle in for the night, you can also explore the terrace with a glass wine and great conversation and start your break as you mean to go on…

When you’re due to top up your glass, head upstairs again to the second level, where you’ll find the stunning, open plan kitchen and dining space. There’s an obvious sense of humour and charming sense of style, with tasteful, bespoke furniture repurposed from vintage ski equipment! Don’t worry though, everything is still incredibly cosy and comfortable, with faux furs and throws galore to keep you snug throughout the evenings. It’s a thoughtful, quirky take on the traditional chalet.

There’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves, but there’s still a gorgeous feeling of warmth and intimacy throughout the chalet.

When bedtime rolls around again, the two top floors are the perfect spot for your little dreamers… The den-style children’s bedroom each sleeps 3 and they are truly magical places to settle into slumber. Nestled into the eaves of the chalet, this space feels safe and secure and it’s the ideal location for a holiday sleepover and a great night’s sleep, ready for another day on the slopes when the morning comes.

If you’re still full of beans after a full day’s skiing, there are still lots of activities to enjoy. Light the fire and settle down with a good book and a mug of hot chocolate, enjoy a game of pool in the living area, embark on a Monopoly marathon in the children’s den, relax in the sauna or Hammam or even take a quiet dip in the private swimming pool.

This is a really wonderful place to enjoy the simple things, boasting one of the finest views in the resort, the snowy peak of Mont Blanc is beautifully framed by the Isère valley below. So sit back, relax, and take it all in.
