A beautiful, stylish & recently renovated chalet with views, spa, space and entertainment areas that are just heavenly. From the moment you arrive on to the heated driveway, you’ll find Mont des Anges full of delightful surprises, not least its ‘Tardis-like’ dimensions.

This large chalet, with plenty of space for ten adults and four children, is on the sunny side of the valley between Morzine and Montriond. It is a lovely 20-minute walk into the centre of Morzine via the suspension bridge but with a driver service included, you can be whisked easily to the slopes or the town. That is if you can tear yourself away from the south facing terrace and the heated outdoor pool, with its stunning mountain views. The outdoor space also includes an outdoor kitchen, seating area, sauna and a hot tub. Perfect for enjoying the clean mountain air at any time.

The luxurious chalet looks like a bungalow from the outside. But looks can be deceiving. Chalet Mont Des Anges is built into the hillside, so the chalet spans three floors. Head down the stairs and you’ll feel like you’ve just stepped into a swanky bar that is perfect for enjoying a cocktail or two…. The big-screen TV is perfect for movie night or ensuring you don’t miss that important match. For those who simply have to check their emails there is an office nook with access to an Apple desktop computer. But to make the most of the location, open the doors of the bar and revel in the enormous sun deck with uninterrupted views over Parc Dereches forest, fields and Roc d’Enfer mountain.

Upstairs is the hub of the home: an open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. There are 14 brown leather dining chairs surrounding the wooden feather-edge table and ornamental cages hanging overhead with chandeliers, casting a glow over the table and setting the mood for fun meals together. The cosy lounge has a wood-burning stove and floor-to-ceiling doors that frame the mountains like a postcard. You can slide these doors right back and step onto the balcony to get a closer look at those views.

There are six stylish bedrooms including a beautiful master with an open-plan bathroom and four other twin/double room plus a children’s quad bunk room that will delight your little angels.

Mont des Anges is the perfect combination of catered chalet and a more flexible service with breakfast, afternoon tea and aperitifs sorted but leaving you free to explore the wonderful local restaurants or just to enjoy snacks and light bites if you’ve indulged in a delicious, long mountain lunch. With a 24-hour on-call driver service, getting out and about is easy and as the chalet is close to the bars and restaurants in Montriond, eating out is easy.
