It isn’t often that you can indulge yourself on a luxury chalet holiday without the environment having to over do it as well.
As you turn into the prestigious hamlet of Les Nantes in Chamonix, let yourself completely switch off. It’s time to succumb to being completely embraced by the warmth of this south facing, fully self-sufficient luxury chalet. We defy you to be able to walk into the open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area without uttering the wow word. You just can’t help yourself. The open plan, double height area will take your breath away. You might have to catch it before it disappears out of the floor to ceiling windows and away down the Chamonix Valley. Banish thoughts of needing to dash downstairs to claim the best bedroom in the house. The views of Mont Blanc and Le Dru continue, even when you’re meant to be calling it a night. As your friends in high places, we suggest you leave the curtains open tonight. Let the dance of the star lit sky lull you to sleep.
As would be expected from a new chalet with all the mod cons, your Eco Lodge for the week comes complete with Sonos Sound and a large flat screen TV. However, put the remote down and step outside. Let us show you the best screen in possibly the whole of Chamonix. Your very own, outdoor scenic sauna. Leave the chill of winter at the wooden door as you cocoon yourself into the luxurious warmth of this wood-burning sauna. The pièce de résistance is hinted at in the name. This is a sauna that just wants to show off its finest asset. Well, if you’ve got it, why not flaunt it? The full blown, bubble window is your private telescope to the winter wonderland outside. What a show. Just incase you need to appreciate the view from a different angle, dash round to the outside hot tub and let the nip of the winter air melt away as you sink into the bubbles. Talking about bubbles, a glass of fizz would accompany such a view very nicely.
If a chalet could be a fist pump or a puffed out chest, that chalet would be the Eco Lodge. Next season, look no further than Chamonix for your luxurious, self-sustaining and green (we rather hope it’ll be white when you visit) chalet.

No need to rush out of bed - breakfast is laid on. A healthy array of fresh fruit juices, a selection of warming teas and coffee - yoghurts, crispy cereals, juicy fruit and a mouth-watering display of delicious fresh breads & delicate pastries. Your chef will also prepare a daily cooked hot option for you - how do you like your eggs? So much choice that you might miss the first ski lift if you're not careful.
Come back after a wonderful day on the mountain to the warmth and comfort of your chalet. Snuggle up on the comfy sofa in front of a crackling fire, with a steaming cup of tea and a generous serving of cake – this is how all afternoons should be. Your chef will prepare a fresh from the oven, sweet treat for your return, so whether your preference is for a hearty sticky Apple and Ginger cake or a delicate Mille-feuille aux framboise is more your thing, there will be something tempting waiting for you. Personally I don’t think you can beat a slice of crispy baguette with lashings of butter and dollops of apricot jam or nutella - but maybe that ‘s just me - the perfect comfort food.
Take a seat at your own private table - it's time for the main event – a delicious feast, masterfully crafted by your talented chef. With an emphasis on using hand-selected, fresh, local and seasonal ingredients you will be served a melt in your mouth three course dinner that wouldn't look out of place in a Michelin starred restaurant. Dinner is complimented by a tangy platter of divine local cheeses. Menus can be tailored to suit your tastes and your chef will be happy to prepare everything from a simple supper to fine dining delights. Dinner is accompanied by specially selected house wine and is served on 5 nights of your stay.
The chalet provides a selection of house wines, soft drinks & mixers. There is an extensive list of wines and Champagne should you wish to upgrade your selection (payable locally).
Children & dietary requirements
The chalet is happy to cater for specific dietary requirements, and will serve an earlier high tea for children. You can talk to your SkiBoutique PA about any specific requests from dietary requirements such as gluten free diets to birthday cakes and favourite dishes. We will do our very best to ensure that your wishes are granted and delivered in resort.
