I’d often walked past the 7 Heavens construction site as I went about my business, I’ve seen it rise from the ground to it final completion. I suspected it would be a premium project and when I stepped inside, I wasn’t disappointed, neither will you.
Chalet Elbrus is part of the 7 Heavens complex and is the ultimate private residence. You’re a snowball’s throw away from the Sunnegga lift station and close to the heart of the village. You’ll fall in love with Zermatt and it’s traffic free, calming ambience. Make no mistake, the 7 Heavens complex is a superb addition to the premium development stock in Zermatt, where the bar has been set high in luxury accommodation, this innovative and impeccable development sets the bar to an even higher standard.
Chalet Elbrus is an extraordinary, ultra luxurious accommodation, encompassing spa chalet and entertainment complex in a very generous 550m2 of space. Come with me as I show you around. No need to rush out of bed - breakfast is laid on. A healthy array of fresh fruit juices, a selection of warming teas and coffee - yoghurts, crispy cereals, juicy fruit and a mouth-watering display of delicious fresh breads & delicate pastries. Your chef will also prepare a daily cooked hot option for you - how do you like your eggs? So much choice that you might miss the first ski lift if you're not careful.
Come back after a wonderful day on the mountain to the warmth and comfort of your chalet. Snuggle up on the comfy sofa in front of a crackling fire, with a steaming cup of tea and a generous serving of cake – this is how all afternoons should be. Your chef will prepare a fresh from the oven, sweet treat for your return, so whether your preference is for a hearty sticky Apple and Ginger cake or a delicate Mille-feuille aux framboise is more your thing, there will be something tempting waiting for you. Personally I don’t think you can beat a slice of crispy baguette with lashings of butter and dollops of apricot jam or nutella - but maybe that ‘s just me - the perfect comfort food.
When staying in a catered chalet every night feels like a special occasion, and why shouldn't it, you're on an amazing holiday and it's so good to be alive. You’re dressed and ready for a glass of something chilled with friends and family, ready to regale them with tales of your mountain adventures that may get a little exaggerated for dramatic effect with each rendition. Enjoy the delicious canapés and amuse-bouche freshly prepared by your star in the kitchen.
Take a seat at your own private table - it's time for the main event – a delicious feast, masterfully crafted by your talented chef. Dinner is complimented by a tangy platter of divine local cheeses. Menus can be tailored to suit your tastes and your chef will be happy to prepare everything from a simple supper to fine dining delights.
