Chalet Aurora is the consequence of exclusivity meeting the latest in ultra-luxury. This is your private home from home like no other. Design, well-being and service radiate from Verbier’s most recent addition to its luxurious alpine portfolio. Ensuring that it upholds its reputation as one of the most glamorous international destinations for your favourite week of the year.
You know when you have arrived at Chalet Aurora. Everything is extraordinary. This is a chalet that wants you to bring 16 of your closest acquaintances and take full advantage of everything that it has to offer. From the artwork on the walls of each four floors, to the views of the majestic Combin mountain range and downstairs to one of the most staggering chalet spas, Chalet Aurora knows it stands out in the luxury chalet world.
You will wish that this private home were yours. Not just for your favourite week of the year but for all the other 51 weeks. Located in the prestigious Les Esserts area, you will reign high and mighty over the rest of the valley, to the mountains beyond. However, with your views we know that you want the luxury of proximity. How about we tell you that you are only a three minute chauffeured drive to the Mayenzet lift or for those feeling energetic, a thirteen minute walk. Your chauffeur is also ready and waiting inside your garage to drive you the five minutes to Place Centrale.
You might find yourself coming up with every excuse possible just so that you can return home to Chalet Aurora. I’m afraid that you might need to be a little more imaginative than rubbing ski boots and perhaps a little more subtle than needing to check the hot tub is up to temperature. You can rest assured that the staff will have that all under control. It is rather a jubilant feeling knowing that you are coming home to one of the most luxurious private spas in Verbier. There should be no aching limbs tomorrow after immersing yourself in your indoor swimming pool complete with swim jets or after whiling away the hours in the sauna and relaxation area. Why not treat yourself and enjoy a private massage in the comfort of your own chalet? These are your favourite days of the year after all.
Cocooned in a fluffy bathrobe and slippers, I’m afraid that you will eventually have to make your way back up the glass staircase to the main living area. The show-stopping fireplace is warming up for the main act tonight but for now it is just one more flight of stairs to return to your master suite. There is no need to force yourself out of the state of deep peace and relaxation, as a glass of champagne waits next to your perfectly stoked wood burner. You have only been here a day but the staff know you so well already. With a dressing room, impressive bath in the centre of the room and a private balcony with staggering views, maybe they wouldn’t notice if you stayed here forever? You know that you really should be getting ready for supper. However, with friends scattered between the snug, the TV room, the gym and the cinema, I think you have a little longer for indulging in some quality you-time.
By the time you head downstairs, Chalet Aurora has transformed herself. The light features have been illuminated to create an ambience of luxurious sophistication, the cushions have been plumped on the sumptuous sofas and canapés are being served next to the stunning glass fireplace. You have made it just in time to see the sun setting over the snowcapped rooftops and peaks. Verbier once again excels herself.
The glittering chandelier beckons you to the dining table, as all of your senses prepare for tonight’s feast. With a top up of the finest vintage, it is time for us to bid you bonsoir.

No need to rush out of bed - breakfast is laid on. A healthy array of fresh fruit juices, a selection of warming teas and coffee - yoghurts, crispy cereals, juicy fruit and a mouth-watering display of delicious fresh breads & delicate pastries. Your chef will also prepare a daily cooked hot option for you - how do you like your eggs? So much choice that you might miss the first ski lift if you're not careful.
Come back after a wonderful day on the mountain to the warmth and comfort of your chalet. Snuggle up on the comfy sofa in front of a crackling fire, with a steaming cup of tea and a generous serving of cake – this is how all afternoons should be. Your chef will prepare a fresh from the oven, sweet treat for your return, so whether your preference is for a hearty sticky Apple and Ginger cake or a delicate Mille-feuille aux framboise is more your thing, there will be something tempting waiting for you. Personally I don’t think you can beat a slice of crispy baguette with lashings of butter and dollops of apricot jam or nutella - but maybe that ‘s just me - the perfect comfort food.
When staying in a catered chalet every night feels like a special occasion, and why shouldn't it, you're on an amazing holiday and it's so good to be alive. You’re dressed and ready for a glass of something chilled with friends and family, ready to regale them with tales of your mountain adventures that may get a little exaggerated for dramatic effect with each rendition. Enjoy the delicious canapés and amuse-bouche freshly prepared by your star in the kitchen.
Take a seat at your own private table - it's time for the main event – a delicious feast, masterfully crafted by your talented chef. With an emphasis on using hand-selected, fresh, local and seasonal ingredients you will be served a melt in your mouth three course dinner that wouldn't look out of place in a Michelin starred restaurant. Dinner is complimented by a tangy platter of divine local cheeses. Menus can be tailored to suit your tastes and your chef will be happy to prepare everything from a simple supper to fine dining delights.
The chalet provides an open bar of beer, wines, spirits and mixers.
The chalet is happy to cater for specific dietary requirements, and will serve an earlier high tea for children. You can talk to your SkiBoutique PA about any specific requests from dietary requirements such as gluten free diets to birthday cakes and favourite dishes. We will do our very best to ensure that your wishes are granted and delivered in resort.
