Large groups of family or friends who are looking for a traditional yet ultra chic ski pad with direct access to the slopes should consider Ruisseau Chalet as a perfect fit. Located in a beautiful spot at the edges of a forest, and more importantly, at the foot of the renowned croix Jean-Claude off-piste area.
Guests will waste no time accessing the slopes each day with the Olympic gondola just 150 meters away from the chalets terrace, a terrace that guests can ski directly onto (snow permitting) when returning to the chalet. The famous Olympic gondola links with one of the largest and most dynamic ski terrains in the world. For those dedicated, passionate skiers this chalet will certainly appeal.
A typically traditional chalet with a contemporary twist, Chalet Ruisseau is adorned with honeyed timbers and antique wood furniture, balanced expertly against a backdrop of modern day luxury. The chalet also boasts a lovely jacuzzi which leads out onto the glorious entertaining deck. It's our guess that fellow users of the piste that flows past the chalet will want to ski-in and join you on your deck and in the hot-tub.
Subject to availability, guests from Chalet Ruisseau may also be able to use the spa facilities belonging to sister property, The Tyrosolios chalet, located 100m from the Ruisseau chalet, in which you will find a swimming pool/swim spa, Turkish bath, sauna, high pressure shower room, relaxation area with massage chairs, games room, and high definition cinema with around 1,500 films.
Please note: that whilst this is a fully catered chalet that comes with a professional chef the food and drink are extra and paid at cost in resort.

No need to rush out of bed - breakfast is laid on. A healthy array of fresh fruit juices, a selection of warming teas and coffee - yoghurts, crispy cereals, juicy fruit and a mouth-watering display of delicious fresh breads & delicate pastries. Your chef will also prepare a daily cooked hot option for you - how do you like your eggs? So much choice that you might miss the first ski lift if you're not careful.
Come back after a wonderful day on the mountain to the warmth and comfort of your chalet. Snuggle up on the comfy sofa in front of a crackling fire, with a steaming cup of tea and a generous serving of cake – this is how all afternoons should be. Your chef will prepare a fresh from the oven, sweet treat for your return, so whether your preference is for a hearty sticky Apple and Ginger cake or a delicate Mille-feuille aux framboise is more your thing, there will be something tempting waiting for you. Personally I don’t think you can beat a slice of crispy baguette with lashings of butter and dollops of apricot jam or nutella - but maybe that ‘s just me - the perfect comfort food.
When staying in a catered chalet every night feels like a special occasion, and why shouldn't it, you're on an amazing holiday and it's so good to be alive. You’re dressed and ready for a glass of something chilled with friends and family, ready to regale them with tales of your mountain adventures that may get a little exaggerated for dramatic effect with each rendition. Enjoy the delicious canapés and amuse-bouche freshly prepared by your star in the kitchen.
Take a seat at your own private table - it's time for the main event – a delicious feast, masterfully crafted by your talented chef. With an emphasis on using hand-selected, fresh, local and seasonal ingredients you will be served a melt in your mouth three course dinner that wouldn't look out of place in a Michelin starred restaurant. Dinner is complimented by a tangy platter of divine local cheeses. Menus can be tailored to suit your tastes and your chef will be happy to prepare everything from a simple supper to fine dining delights.
The chalet has an extensive wine list and can provide beer, spirits and mixers.
The chalet is happy to cater for specific dietary requirements, and will serve an earlier high tea for children. You can talk to your SkiBoutique PA about any specific requests from dietary requirements such as gluten free diets to birthday cakes and favourite dishes. We will do our very best to ensure that your wishes are granted and delivered in resort.
Please note: Food & drink costs are payable in resort
