Situated in the perfect location that is just a short stroll from local amenities and the slopes, Brunnenhof 4 is just a ten-minute walk away from the centre of Lech and a six-minute walk from the nearest lift that will take you up and onto the slopes within minutes – ideal for when you want to spend more time lying in bed in the mornings! If you're more of an experienced skier and if snow conditions allow, you can ski right up to the apartment, as it is located only a few hundred metres from the piste.

Sleeping four adults and four children across three gorgeously decorated bedrooms, this first floor apartment is a warm and inviting space to come home to after a day on the slopes. Alpine charm is combined with sleek, modern design and functionality. Spread over a single floor, the welcoming open plan living, dining and kitchen area is the ideal place for you to come together with your nearest and dearest for social evenings around the grand dinner table, or to relax on the sofa with your favourite post-ski drink.

Decorated in calming, neutral tones with rich textures and warm woods, the living area has a large corner sofa and there is a modern electric fire, adding to the inviting atmosphere of the room. A tasteful selection of old photographs on the wall pay tribute to the history of skiing in the Arlberg whilst bringing a sense of unique character. Cook up a feast in the modern open kitchen that's complete with all the equipment you could need for memorable evenings dining in.

At the end of the day, retire to three plush bedrooms. The beautiful master bedroom, complete with ample storage space, sliding doors leading out to a balcony (offering fantastic views), and a luxurious en-suite with deep soaking bath tub and separate shower. There's also a further twin/double bedroom and one cosy quad bunk room for children, sleeping up to four kids. These bedrooms have a separate shower room each. All bedrooms have their own mounted TVs, so you can unwind with a movie before getting your beauty sleep.
